Tanyard Vineyard was born from a simple conviction: that the best food comes from patience, quality ingredients, and a deep respect for tradition. Nestled along Smokey Road in Aylett, our bakery has become a gathering place for neighbors who appreciate the difference real baking makes.
Every morning, our bakers arrive before dawn. We mix, fold, and ferment by hand — never rushing the process. Our sourdoughs develop over 48 hours. Our pastries are laminated layer by layer. The result is food that tastes like it was made the way it always should have been.
